Care Giver availability is best-effort and is not guaranteed. Submitting a care request does not guarantee that a Care Giver will be available or that a request will be fulfilled for a particular date or time.

Care Matters will make reasonable efforts to identify suitable available Care Givers based on the information provided in the care request. Availability may change and a suitable Care Giver may not always be found.

Care Matters' voluntary care support is not a substitute for emergency medical services or professional medical care.
