Register to arrange voluntary, non-medical care support for yourself or for someone you are responsible for.

Understanding your Care Seeker account

Care Seeker means the person who creates the account and arranges or requests care.

Care Recipient means the person who will actually receive the care.

You are arranging care for yourself. After registration, the system will allow you to create yourself as a Care Recipient without having to enter your details again.

Please provide the location where you live. This helps us determine the appropriate area for arranging care.

You can search for your location, use your current GPS location, or move the marker on the map to the exact position.

You can provide your NIDA details and profile photo now, or add them later from your Care Seeker profile.

What happens after registration?
  1. Your Care Seeker account is created.
  2. You complete your Care Seeker profile.
  3. You add the person or people who will receive care.
  4. You can then create a Care Request for a selected Care Recipient.
